and company pensions and annuities. Also included are the investor profile, budget and net worth statement, future assets and income and
detailed retirement goal setting.

Toll-free support is delivered via a call-back number. Calls are returned within two business days. A user is entitled to
up to five support calls.
 Purchase Extra Files
A professional user has the option to purchase extra files in blocks of 100 for $20 per month.
For a monthly subscription, a $20 charge (plus GST/HST) is added to the monthly subscription for each block of 100 files.
For an annual subscription, an immediate charge of $20 times the remaining number of complete months to renewal is payable for each block of 100 files.
Upon renewal of an annual subscription, a extra amount of $240 for each block of 100 files is added to the subscription price for the subsequent year.

Can I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you will get a full refund.
If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again,
but you are responsible for charges already incurred up to the end of the month of your cancellation.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month during which you cancelled, but you won’t be billed again.
If you have an annual subscription, you can cancel at the time of annual renewal, when you have the option to continue your subscription.
Annual subscriptions are not automatically renewed.
Are there per-user fees?
No. The prices you see above are all inclusive.
You can have up to 50 users with the professional version, and 200 users with the professional collaborative version.
That means you pay the subscription fee no matter how many users you have as long as it’s 200 or less.
If you have more users, you can expand your limit by purchasing a block of 100 users or upgrading to the professional collaborative version.
